Deep in the Woods is an animated short dealing with the concept of grief in the form of a spooky monster movie.

In this film, we follow a lumberjack coping with the loss of his wife.  Throughout the small story, we see how a fixation on the past begins to impact his external surrounding until he goes too far and awakens something... deep... in the woods.
